Nature of the site

cinela.ai is a presentation site: it shows Cinela’s productions and services and offers an early-access application. There are no accounts, payments or production tools on the site.

Early access

The early-access form is an application; it carries no promise of acceptance, timing or capacity. Applications are considered in an order Cinela determines. The terms that apply once access opens are communicated separately.

Intellectual property

All frames, texts, the mark and logo, the design and the software on the site belong to Butiko or are used under licence. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used in derivative works without written permission. Linking to the site is welcome.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Information on the site is not a binding offer; service terms are agreed separately for each engagement.

Links

Links to external platforms such as Instagram and YouTube are for information; their content and rules are outside Cinela’s control.

Changes

These terms may be updated when needed; the current version is published on this page with its date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes.
